Viaero Wireless' Business Continues to Expand, This Time With ClearSky's Mobile Entertainment Portfolio

Viaero Augments Its Rapid Geographic Expansion with New Mobile Data Products and Services from ClearSky Mobile Media

September 13, 2005 (Orlando, Fla.) – ClearSky Mobile Media, Inc., a leading provider of mobile entertainment services to the wireless industry, and Viaero Wireless, a fast-growing regional carrier in Colorado and Nebraska, have launched a comprehensive mobile entertainment offering called V-Edge. V-Edge packages the hottest selling mobile data products and services in an easy-to-buy offering for Viaero customers.  

V-Edge consists of mobile web browsing, downloadable content such as ringtones and games, and camera phone enablement using MMS. ClearSky's ProVantage WAP content management tool powers the mobile web browsing experience and ClearSky's MMS managed service platform enables multi-media messaging. Viaero subscribers use ClearSky's ProPortal content management portal to shop for downloadable content either on their handset or on the desktop. Postpaid subscribers pay for content directly on their monthly phone bill thanks to ClearSky's ClearBill billing integration tool, and new customers have their handsets programmed over-the-air with ClearSky's ProConfig handset configuration service.
