Panhandle Telecommunication Systems, Inc., Launches Mobile Entertainment Services Provided by ClearSky Mobile Media

July 18, 2006 (Orlando, Florida) – ClearSky Mobile Media, Inc., today announced that it will provide its unique mix of mobile entertainment services to Panhandle Telecommunication Systems, Inc., a leading CDMA carrier servicing communities in the Oklahoma Panhandle.  

Under the terms of agreement, ClearSky will implement its hosted WAP Gateway and MMS-C, along with its ProPortal, ProVantage, ProVision and ClearBill products. This complementary suite of managed services enables consumers to browse the web via mobile phones as well as download content and use multimedia messaging over Panhandle's CDMA network.
