Clearsky Teams With Syniverse To Offer MMS Services To Wireless Carriers Worldwide

Wireless service providers around the world can now easily deploy Syniverse's inter-carrier gateway and ClearSky's hosted MMS-C to quickly and cost effectively increase their ARPU with incremental data service

June 7, 2005 (Orlando, Fla.) – ClearSky Mobile Media, Inc., a leader in advanced wireless data services and mobile content, announced today that it has signed a Reseller Agreement with Syniverse Technologies (NYSE:SVR), a leading provider of mission-critical services to wireless operators worldwide.  

Under the terms of the agreement, Syniverse will offer a hosted Multimedia Message Services Center (MMSC) and a variety of packaged solutions to streamline the implementation of comprehensive Multimedia Message Services (MMS) for tier two and tier three wireless services providers worldwide, with an initial focus on the Americas.

At the core of each packaged solution will be Syniverse's MMS Inter-carrier Gateway (MMS-IG) pre-integrated with ClearSky's Multimedia Message Service Center (MMS-C). In addition to Syniverse's MMS-IG and ClearSky's MMS-C, available packages will include combinations of ClearSky's ClearBill, ProConfig and ProTrends products, which facilitate post and prepay billing, OTA handset configuration, and MMS usage analysis, respectively.
